Terms of Service

These terms apply to orders placed through this store by consumers in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

1. The seller

2. How a contract is formed

Product listings are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. Your order is an offer to buy. The contract comes into effect when we confirm your order or dispatch the goods, whichever happens first. The automatic email you receive immediately after checkout confirms that we received your order.

We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price was displayed incorrectly, or if we cannot ship to your address. If we do, we tell you and refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in your local currency and include any tax we are required to charge at checkout. Import duties, customs charges and local sales tax on import are not included and may be charged to you on delivery — see Shipping & Delivery.

4. Payment

Payment is taken when the order is placed. Accepted methods are listed on our Payment Methods page.

5. Delivery

Delivery normally takes 6 to 10 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Risk in the goods passes to you when you or someone you have named takes physical possession of them.

6. Cancellation and returns

You can cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it. The full procedure, including who pays return shipping and how refunds are made, is set out on our Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.

7. Faulty goods and your statutory rights

Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you are entitled to a remedy under the consumer law of the country where you live. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes those rights, and nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Using the products safely

Our heated garments are consumer clothing, not medical devices, and make no medical claim. Please follow the instructions supplied with the product, in particular on charging, washing and use of the power bank. Do not use a damaged garment, cable or power bank. If you have reduced sensitivity to heat or any medical condition affecting circulation or skin sensation, speak to a doctor before using a heated garment.

9. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses. This clause does not affect section 7.

10. Content and trade marks

The text, images, product names and logos on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written consent.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
